Digital Martian FAQs
1. How do I buy top-up game time?
Create an account in DigitalMartian.com and select which game time you want to purchase (ex. 30 days, 7 days etc.) to add to your shopping cart. After this, just follow the check out steps and once this is completed your PIN/SERIAL numbers will be emailed to you within 48 hours. You can also logon to your account at DigitalMartian.com and check your order history since the PIN/SERIAL numbers will also be posted there.
2. How long will it take for me to get my top-ups?
Top-up game time will be delivered to you via email and will also be posted in your order history (link below) in DigitalMartian.com within 48 hours.

3. What if I don't receive my pins through email after 48 hours?
- Option 1: Check the spam box of your email provider/client.
- Option 2: Log-in to DigitalMartian.Com and check your account history.
- Option 3: Contact DigitalMartian at sales@digitalmartian.com
4. Once I got my Pin/Serial No., How do I Top-up?
For Game Top-ups
You can go to the MMOG Game site and look for the Top-up Page.
For Others
Please go the website of the publisher and look for the Top-up Page.
5. How do I buy other items?
Buying other items like Electronic Bulletin Boards, Rupiahs or Zen can be bought by just adding them to your shopping carts and following the simple check out steps.
6. I tried buying an item but i can't seem to checkout.
Please check the available quantity of the item being bought. Usually this happens when there is a "0" balance in the available quantity column.
You can click on “notify me of updates to item name” at the products section. This is located under the notifications box of every product that we have.
7. How will I receive my items?
Once your order has been placed for in-game items such as Electronic Bulletin Boards, Rupiahs or Zen, a DigitalMartian representative will contact you within 48 hours to set a date, time and place in the game itself so that your purchased items will be given to your character.
Please specify your in-game character name and the time you are online preferably converted to +8GMT or Hong Kong time in the “check out comments” section. This way DigitalMartian can process your order faster.
Please take note that the in-game character name is case-sensitive.
8. My order did not push through or the browser hang, should I try again?
You can login-in at www.digitalmartian.com and go to your account history which is located at

From here you can check your pending transactions and try to check out again.
9. What if I don't have paypal, can I pay using my credit card?
Yes, you can pay by credit card as long as your credit card is issued by Paypal affiliated countries. You can view the list of Paypal affiliated countries at this link.

Paypal accepted credit card brands are the following: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover.
10. What if I don't have paypal and I don't have a credit card?
Currently, DigitalMartian is working on other payment gateways option for our valued clients. We will update you on the status of other payment gateways as soon as we have implemented it.
