How to Top-up?

• After receiving your Prepaid PIN, visit www.jumboplay.com
• Login to your JumboPlay account on our website. (Create a JumboPlay account you do not have one.)
• You will be shown your Account Information page, look for “Prepaid Top up” under “Options”. Click on the icon.
• You will be shown the prepaid top up page. There will be 2 fields to enter your Prepaid PIN and Serial Number.
• Prepaid PIN is 12 digit codes with alphabets only. (E.g. ABCD-EFGH-IJKL)
• Serial Number are also 12 digits code but are alphanumeric (E.g. ABC123ABC123)
• After you have correctly entered both codes, click on the “Submit” button.
• If an error is encountered, a short error message will appear to inform you of the mistake.
• If you have correctly entered both codes, you will be return to your Account Information page with your subscription activated.
