Legend of Martial Arts is a
free MMORPG by Perfect World
that is headquartered in China
with its main purpose of
localizing its independently
developed free to play mmorpg
ranging from 2D, 3D, Martial
Arts, to three kingdoms to
Fantasy.
Originally released in China,
Wu lin Wai zhuan, or My own
swordsman is based on the
comedy TV series My own
swordsman, which happens
during the Ming Dynasty.
Shortly after the release of
WulinWaizhuan, Perfect World’s
translation team has localized
this game into the
international version and
renamed it as Kung FOO!.
However, with over 5 months
testing, they found the game
may date faster than any other
players due to its limitations
like poorly executed
translation, ingame unbalanced
mechanism, and excessive
grinding. That is why Perfect
world has not released its
Kung Foo!, but re-launched the
Legend of Martial Arts based
on the sequel of WulinWaizhuan
2, or My Own SwordsMan 2. |
